Our 2008 Vintage Champagne stands in a category of its own. Its fruity distinctness and flavours evoking the sea make it genuinely unique. A 11-year aging process produces a velvety palate. The vivacity of the Chardonnay grape, which is present throughout, brings a particular freshness to bear that is so characteristic of the 2008 harvest.
