This cuvee is a real treat! It’s a perfect match for citrus-fruit sauce dishes, but is also a good base for the cocktails you serve at festive occasions.
This Champagneworks well with either terrine of foie gras ‘nature’ or with a crust of gingerbread. It goes equally nicely with citrus flavoured dishes, such as lemon zest tajines. You can also enjoy it with a rich dessert, such as chocolate fudge or apple crumble pie.
